However, the status of all pesticide authorisations is constantly under review, and amendments to the authorisation status of both on and off-label approvals frequently occur. We will do our best to keep the information in this on-line handbook up to date as and when changes occur, however, it is the grower’s own responsibility to check the authorisation status, rate of application and harvest interval before using any plant protection product.
- All pesticide applications must be made in accordance with current label recommendations, which must be consulted before use. Any off-label use, such as that supported by an EAMU or Emergency Authorisation is entirely at the risk of the user. No liability will be accepted for loss or damage caused by such use.
- Delphy (UK) Ltd accepts no responsibility for omissions, errors or changes to pesticide application authorisations that occur throughout the year.
